How long does shipping take for hand-beaded items?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within the UK, while international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that pre-order items will follow the specific timeline indicated on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping and duties?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For many regions, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no hidden fees upon delivery. Please check our shipping page for a list of DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) countries.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items with all original tags and security ribbons attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that due to their delicate nature, items showing any signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.
How should I care for my Clio Peppiatt garment?
Our pieces are intricately hand-beaded and should be treated with care. We recommend professional dry cleaning only and storing your garments flat in their original dust bag to prevent stretching.
Can I request a bespoke or custom size?
While we primarily offer seasonal collections, we do occasionally take bespoke commissions for bridal or special events. Please contact our concierge team for availability and lead times.
