At Clio Peppiatt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if your item is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn, full-price items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all original tags and packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the progress of your return shipment.
